• Delivery Timeline: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. ACE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on the ACE Merch Store are the property of African Community Education and are protected under copyright law.
• Products may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from ACE.

Product Management and Fulfillment

• Print-on-Demand Products: Print-on-demand items available through the ACE Merch Store are managed and fulfilled by Sellfy, a third-party service provider. Sellfy collects and processes order details for these products to ensure accurate fulfillment. For information on Sellfy’s data practices, please refer to their Privacy Policy.
• In-House Products: Products handcrafted or managed directly by ACE, including but not limited to items from the the ACE Sewing Program, are fulfilled by our team. ACE collects and processes your order details solely for the purpose of managing and delivering these items.

• When you sign up for our email newsletter, we collect your name and email address to send you updates, promotions, and other relevant information about ACE and the ACE Merch Store.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for communication directly related to ACE.
